In the industry this is called a Comparative Market Analysis or a CMA. We do this for you, for free. It's critical to know the "price-per-square foot" of homes that have SOLD recently in your area... this gives you a much better idea of what your home might actually sell for, as compared to only looking at the prices of homes for sale. It’s also important to compare your home to others that are truly comparable (in terms of size, number of bedrooms, age, and many other features), not to just any home that is in the same neighborhood as yours.

Your home will have its own webpage to showcase photos of your home and an online flyer detailing all the information on your home. 3) We get Real Estate Agents excited about selling your home. We email a flyer to promote your home to all real estate agents in Northwest Arkansas. Agents who have buyers for your home will be notified that your home is on the market.

4) Your home will appear on the Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Data about your home is provided instantly to all agents and offices in Northwest Arkansas.

5) Professional Listing Information Binder. We produce an in home binder for buyers to review. It contains community information, detailed information on your home, property disclosure, inspection reports, homeowners association documentation if applicable and school information. This makes the new buyer feel comfortable knowing ahead of time what condition the property they are buying is in and what the surrounding community has to offer.

6) Determine the right price to market your home. This is the most critical step. We’ll review market demand, nearby competition, recent sales and other variables that can affect your home’s value.

7) Let you know exactly what’s going on with Buyer Showings. We keep you up to date by phone calls, letters or email.
